The Flaws have issued a new version of the album track
Slowdance to radio. Already playlisted at 2FM and Today FM

The track was re-recorded by Phil Hayes and produced by Brian
Crosby (BellX1 / The Cake Sale). The band are currently touring
nationwide and are selling out venues along the way. Their
debut album Achieving Vagueness has just been released in
Italy and the band have recently returned from their debut

for two Meteor Awards in the categories 'Best Irish Album',
and 'Best Irish Band'.
The Flaws released their debut album 'Achieving Vagueness',
on their own independent label Arrivals Records in Sept '07
and it entered the Irish Charts at No. 18. The album went
on to receive amazing reviews in the Irish press garnering
a 4 out of 5 in both 'the ticket' and 'day and night'. John
Meagher claiming 'the flaws have delivered the best irish
album of the year'. 'Achieving Vagueness', also featured in
all of the top media end of year polls. 2007 also saw The
Flaws perform on 'Other Voices', take part in the 2FM 2moro
2our and HWCH's, play some excellent support slots with The
Fratellis and Editors, tour as special guests with The Thrills
and appear at Le Cheile, Castlepalooza, Indie-Pendence, Feile
